Welcome to Linkuro. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Linkuro provides a suite of tools for creators to monetize their communities on Telegram, Discord, Slack, and WhatsApp through Stripe-integrated payments.

1. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access our Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Payment Processing

Linkuro is a "Stripe-first" platform. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement.

3. Platform Fees

We charge a platform fee on transactions processed through our service. These fees are deducted automatically at the time of transaction. Current fee structures are available on our Pricing page.

Your privacy is paramount. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and the information of your community members.

Data Collection

• Identity Data: Includes first name, last name, username, and title provided via Telegram, Discord, or other connected platforms.
• Contact Data: Includes billing address, email address, and telephone numbers.
• Transaction Data: Includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from creators.

Third-Party Integrations

Our service requires integration with third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp). We only access data necessary to manage group membership and verify subscription status. We do not read private messages or access content outside the scope of community management.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies immediately. We cooperate with law enforcement and our payment partners (Stripe) to prevent fraud and money laundering.
